Can a House History be written about ANY type of house?

Yes. House Histories aren't just for very large or very old properties. There's no such thing as a boring building - they all have their own, unique story to tell.

But recently built properties won't have any history.

Perhaps not, but the land on which they stand will.

Why does your basic price only cover London and Hertfordshire postcodes?

Researching properties in other districts incurs additional time and travel expenses. Buildings in neighbouring counties will be quoted for on an individual basis.

How long does it take to produce a House History?

Please allow 8 - 12 weeks for delivery.

I want more than one copy of the book. How much will additional copies cost?

It depends on quantity and the number of pages. Please contact us for a quote.

Can House Histories be produced for converted houses or blocks of flats?

Yes. Generally the price is the same as that for an individual house.

​

Can I include my own photographs in the book?

Yes. You can include as many pictures as you wish. I can scan originals or you can email digital files (300dpi).

​

I'd like to have a dedication printed at the front of the book. Is this possible?

Yes. Just send us the wording.

How much does it cost to have a commercial property researched?
